Maintenance Technician for Elevators and Escalators

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will work full‑time on‑site in Sofia, ensuring the safe operation and optimal performance of elevators and escalators. You will carry out routine inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and perform repairs to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and detailed inspections of lift and escalator equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues.
• Document all service activities and follow company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients to plan maintenance schedules and support modernization projects.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical education in electrical, mechanical or electromechanical fields (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Sofia and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety standards.
