Management Accountant – International Finance Group

About the role

The position sits within the Group Finance function of an international financial services company, supporting financial management and reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. It provides regular exposure to senior management and finance teams across different regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for multiple Group entities.
• Support consolidation of management accounts across jurisdictions and currencies, handling intercompany eliminations.
• Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and chart of accounts.
• Produce consolidated reporting packs and management information for senior leadership.
• Perform variance analysis, investigate trends and discrepancies.
• Coordinate global month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of management accounting experience in a multi‑entity or international environment.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation principles.
• Experience with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
