Mobile Engineering Manager (React Native)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the development of our React Native based mobile gaming applications. You will guide a distributed team, shape the architecture, and embed AI‑driven productivity tools into our workflow. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while delivering high‑impact features to millions of players.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain scalable, testable code for our mobile gaming experiences.
• Own the full development cycle from sprint planning through release, coordinating with product owners and engineering teams.
• Manage release processes for multiple apps sharing a common codebase.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and drive continuous learning.
• Implement AI agents and automation to streamline code reviews and developer workflows.
• Proactively address technical debt and define long‑term architectural vision.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV.
• Deep understanding of monorepo architectures and building apps from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience integrating external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways.
• Ability to create smooth animations using React Native Reanimated.
• Experience with push notifications, deep links and universal links.
• Excellent English communication and a delivery‑oriented mindset.
