MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant – Sofia

About the role

Workster is partnering with a leading global technology and professional services firm to hire an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant for its international operations in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will join a diverse team delivering finance and ERP transformation projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Design, configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management) to meet business needs.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows and configuration guides, and support data migration activities.
• Execute system testing, support UAT and provide post‑go‑live optimisation and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant on multiple full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany, tax and statutory reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills, with strong English communication (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance configuration and customisation.
• Power Platform components such as Power BI and Power Automate (advantageous).
• Data migration tools, integration patterns and testing methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
