Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner – Europe

About the role

Zentiva is looking for a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to help identify, attract and hire top talent for mid‑level to senior‑level positions across Europe. You will work closely with business leaders, P&O colleagues and cross‑functional teams to align hiring with the company’s culture and public‑health mission.

Key responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, understand team dynamics and define recruitment expectations.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases and advanced executive‑search techniques.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle: job definition, screening, interview coordination, candidate debriefs and offer negotiation.
• Provide market insights and data‑driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative programs such as employer branding, university relations and DE&I initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in multinational corporate or agency environments, with a proven record of filling high‑impact roles.
• Fluency in English and one of French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong analytical mindset, using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑influence skills, with a collaborative, results‑oriented attitude.
