PR Manager – Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The PR Manager will lead day‑to‑day public relations activities, building brand awareness and managing media relationships across key markets for Chaos. This fixed‑term maternity cover role offers hybrid or remote work options from Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and strengthen Chaos’s position across target markets and media channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners, acting as a reliable point of contact for press enquiries.
• Monitor media coverage, analyse performance against objectives and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Organise press events, media briefings, product launches and promotional activities, coordinating communications across internal and external teams.
• Develop PR content such as press releases, media pitches, thought‑leadership pieces and customer stories, ensuring consistency with brand tone.
• Identify industry trends and competitor activity, translating insights into recommendations for future PR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PR agency, corporate communications or in‑house PR role.
• Proven track record of managing media relationships and delivering end‑to‑end PR campaigns.
• Strong written English with ability to produce press releases, pitches and case studies to a professional standard.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate with Marketing, Product and other internal teams.
