Process Excellence Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Process Excellence Analyst to join its Supply Chain Operations team in Sofia. You will help shape and improve end‑to‑end business processes, ensuring they align with both current operations and future strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear and detailed processes that reflect the current and targeted business model.
• Create and maintain overall business processes and sub‑processes, including templates and documentation.
• Monitor document flow and work‑related procedures, performing regular audits of quality and results.
• Maintain data and application updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, acting as the first point of contact for escalations.
• Identify and escalate data or program issues to the appropriate management level.
• Continuously research internal and external best practices to improve standard end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, quality assurance, training, or an administrative role.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in relationship management with customers or vendors.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create standard documentation and follow structured processes.
