Procurement Expert – IT & Non‑IT Categories

About the role

DSK Bank, one of Bulgaria’s largest financial institutions, is seeking a procurement professional to support its transformation journey. The role will involve managing both IT and non‑IT procurement categories and ensuring the bank obtains optimal terms from suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several procurement categories – both IT and non‑IT related.
• Lead the entire procurement cycle from business need definition to supplier selection and contract signing.
• Conduct competitive tenders and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal conditions for the bank.
• Support requester departments with procurement expertise and coordinate processes with the OTP procurement team.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high‑pace environment.
