Record-to-Report Accountant – Shared Services

About the role

The Record-to-Report (RTR) Accountant will support the Finance Business Unit of CCEP by handling general ledger transactions, balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end close activities. The role also assists the tax compliance team and drives continuous improvement of RTR services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate general ledger journals and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Execute tax reporting and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide accounting advice, support process standardisation and automation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX and internal controls.
• Build strong relationships with internal finance teams, auditors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or equivalent; ACCA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance within a multinational, captive or shared‑services environment.
• Advanced knowledge of general accounting, IFRS and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of SAP ERP for finance processes.
• Solid understanding of IFRS reporting standards.
• Fluent English (professional level).
