Record-to-Report Accountant – Shared Services

About the role

The Record-to-Report (RTR) Accountant will support the FR business unit of CCEP by handling general accounting activities, tax reporting and driving service excellence within the shared services centre.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate general ledger journals and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Complete tax reporting on time and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Execute month‑end and period‑end closing procedures efficiently.
• Provide accounting advice, support continuous improvement and process automation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, IFRS, SOX and internal controls.
• Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders and external auditors.
• Liaise with internal customers to address requests promptly.
• Assist the RTR Manager in standardising and automating end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in a multinational, captive or outsourced shared‑services environment.
• University degree in Finance or equivalent; ACCA qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, IFRS and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to identify and escalate complex RTR issues.

Required skills

• Advanced SAP ERP experience.
• Proficiency in IFRS reporting standards.
• Fluent English (expert level).
