Project Manager

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital financial services projects, driving product launches, system implementations and integration initiatives for PayNovus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal business, technology and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage external vendors, partners and client relationships, overseeing governance, reporting and risk tracking.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards while adapting to the regulated financial‑services environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of mid‑level or 6+ years of senior project‑management experience in technology delivery.
• Proven experience in financial services, payments or fintech, with hands‑on exposure to partner/vendor integrations or system migrations.
• Fluent English communication and strong negotiation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Vendor integration and system migration expertise.
• Core banking analysis and implementation knowledge (strong plus).
