Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead key initiatives across our growing organization. You will own projects from planning through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, defining scope, objectives, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate business, IT, legal, compliance, operations and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and changes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Control project budgets, resources and external partners where applicable.
• Prepare clear status updates, analyses and management reports.
• Lead project meetings, follow up on actions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Evaluate completed projects, capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing complex projects in the insurance or regulated financial services sector.
• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Economics or a related field.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented thinking with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure and MS Project.
• Experience using collaboration platforms and documentation standards.
