Quality Auditing Analyst – French Speaking

About the role

The Quality Auditing Analyst ensures that sales agents meet program standards and client expectations. Working closely with the sales operations team, you will evaluate call recordings, provide actionable feedback, and help raise overall service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality audits of agent transactions according to the agreed schedule.
• Deliver timely, constructive feedback to agents and their managers.
• Prepare and distribute Quality Assurance reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze audit results and recommend training, process, or quality improvements.
• Participate in client and internal meetings on quality processes and improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support monthly calibration sessions with internal and client teams.
• Coach agents side‑by‑side to boost performance.
• Maintain all quality assurance metrics and handle additional coaching assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or auditing.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience (upselling, cross‑selling, telemarketing, digital marketing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality monitoring tools.
• Experience using CRM software.
