Quality Auditing Analyst – Turkish Language

About the role

The Quality Auditing Analyst will monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents to ensure compliance with program standards and client requirements. You will analyse call recordings, provide constructive feedback, and help develop strategies that improve service quality and sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality audits of agent transactions according to schedule.
• Deliver timely and relevant feedback to agents and their managers.
• Prepare and distribute Quality Assurance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyse audit results and recommend training, process, and quality improvements.
• Participate in client meetings and internal calibration sessions on quality processes.
• Coach agents side‑by‑side to boost performance.
• Maintain all quality assurance metrics and handle additional coaching assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance.
• At least 1 year experience in outbound sales, upselling, cross‑selling, telemarketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency with quality monitoring tools.
• Experience using CRM software.
