Supply Planner – Europe Shaver Operations

About the role

Join BIC World’s Supply Planning Europe Shaver team as an End‑to‑End Supply Planner. You will manage production from BIC plants for global demand, coordinate copacking activities, and oversee distribution planning to European markets across 10 warehouses serving 25 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Build and align the weekly constrained production plan with factories, monitor execution and challenge when needed.
• Prepare and drive monthly IBP supply review meetings to define optimal medium‑long‑term production plans, addressing shortages, maintenance, shutdowns and new product launches.
• Process shipments from factories to European hubs and other regions, and launch weekly copacking work orders based on component availability and promotional needs.
• Manage weekly distribution from two European hubs to eight local distribution centers.
• Ensure smooth communication on short‑term constraints with demand planning and logistics to maximize OTIF and limit out‑of‑stock impact.
• Optimize bulk and finished‑goods inventory levels, define action plans for overstock reduction, and collaborate on planning‑tool parameters.
• Lead or participate in projects such as sourcing changes, line transfers, MOQ optimization, and IT enhancements of planning tools (Blue Yonder, Anaplan), ERP (JDE) and reporting (Power BI).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in demand or supply planning within a fast‑paced environment, familiar with S&OP/IBP processes.
• Fluent English and experience working in a complex, cross‑functional, matrixed, multicultural setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets from multiple sources.
• Reliable, curious, proactive problem‑solver with a detail‑oriented yet strategic outlook.
• Team player with high customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
