Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will drive Nuvei’s growth by attracting and hiring top talent across EMEA and APAC. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Collaboration with hiring managers and global TA colleagues is essential to ensure consistent, high‑quality hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC.
• Source, attract and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring alignment with company culture.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or agency.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, ideally payments, fintech or high‑volume hiring.
• Recruiting experience across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
