Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic and growing recruitment team for an international partner. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top technical talent across various technology and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and engineering positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives and recruitment requirements.
• Provide insights on talent market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring landscapes.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and support offer management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, IT, engineering, or specialized professional recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting technology professionals such as software engineers, cloud specialists, cybersecurity experts, and data professionals.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
