IT Project Manager – International Projects

About the role

Join PHOENIX Pharma's international IT Hub in Sofia as an IT Project Manager. You will lead cross‑border project teams, driving implementation and enhancement of SAP, ERP, CRM, and other technology solutions that support the company's healthcare mission across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international project teams in a multi‑project environment.
• Define scope, objectives, priorities and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop, manage and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines and resources using the Phoenix Pharma 3PM methodology.
• Drive change‑management activities and ensure stakeholder adoption.
• Provide transparent progress reporting to senior management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine requirements and optimise processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project‑management methodology and governance.
• Proactively manage risks, quality and external vendor deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Academic degree, preferably a master’s in informatics, economics or engineering.
• At least 5 years of full‑cycle IT project‑management experience with a proven track record.
• Certification in PMI, agile methods or similar is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT applications/ERP and IT infrastructure, and understanding of business models and processes.
• Experience leading virtual, international teams in a multi‑project setting.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
