Presales Engineer

About the role

Graphwise is seeking a Presales Engineer to join its international team in Sofia. The role bridges the gap between sales and technical delivery, helping customers understand how Graphwise’s knowledge‑graph and semantic AI platform can solve their data challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design and validation.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture business objectives, data challenges and integration requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures using Graphwise technologies such as knowledge graphs and semantic AI.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof‑of‑value and proof‑of‑concept designs.
• Collaborate with sales, partner, product and solution teams to craft winning proposals.
• Support technical onboarding and deployment planning for new customers and partners.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and provide feedback to improve product and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interest or understanding of semantic web technologies, knowledge graphs, graph databases, text mining and ontology engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
