System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our growing Business Services centre. You will support the IT infrastructure that enables our European pharmaceutical and healthcare operations, working in a multicultural environment with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and optimise the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for hardware, network connectivity, VPN, printers and workplace technology.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, network devices and peripherals.
• Administer user accounts, access rights and technical documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining AI agents in Microsoft Azure.
• Support IT asset management, inventory processes and collaborate with other IT teams while following security standards.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps (advantage).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure for AI‑agent development.
