Inside Sales Account Representative – Arabic Language

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team and is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Inside Sales Account Representative. The role focuses on handling inbound and new qualified leads, guiding opportunities through the sales pipeline, and delivering digital presentations to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Catching inbound and net‑new qualified leads.
• Owning opportunity validation and pipeline progression.
• Preparing and delivering digital presentations for hand‑off to the closing team.
• Coaching and collaborating with the sales team to foster lead generation and product knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate data and robust pipelines within the client CRM.
• Generating sales strategies and creating training content.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Arabic and English proficiency at C1 level.
• At least 1 year of account‑management experience.
• Metrics‑based sales experience with a focus on quota attainment.
• Knowledge of the IT and cloud‑technology industry is an advantage.
