Sales Representative – HVAC Systems (Southern Bulgaria)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive the growth of its HVAC solutions across Southern Bulgaria. You will manage the partner network, provide technical guidance, and act as the primary point of contact for installers, distributors, and construction firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for Bosch HVAC products in the region.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with installers, specialized distributors, construction companies, and engineering designers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners select the optimal Bosch heating, heat‑pump, and ventilation systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare commercial offers, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Organise product presentations and basic training sessions for local partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs, and relay insights to the central product and marketing team.

Required profile

• University degree in HVAC, engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, heating, building materials or construction technology.
• Strong technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps and ventilation solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
