Brand Marketing Manager, Global Sponsorships

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform founded in 2018, is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, Global Sponsorships. The role leads sponsorship packages across Global Asset Management, partners with the Audi F1 Team, tennis and golf associations, and drives brand equity through on-site activations and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for sponsorship packages, partnering with the Audi F1 Team, tennis and golf associations
• Develop and execute creative on-site activations and digital campaigns that deliver brand equity and ROI
• Use advanced project management methods to coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure flawless execution of sponsorship rights
• Leverage AI and modern marketing tools for performance tracking, reporting and creative brainstorming
• Continuously seek ways to extract commercial value and brand visibility from the existing sponsorship portfolio

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Global Sponsorship Management, Sports Marketing or International Brand Activation
• Strong negotiation skills, relationship management and ability to assess and amplify the impact of negotiated assets
• Able to oversee multi-faceted projects, paying attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Broad cultural understanding and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-time-zone projects with autonomy and proactivity
