Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager in Sofia. The role develops and implements promotional strategies within long-term marketing plans, works with European and local agencies, and coordinates promotions, new products, displays, events and trade fairs. It also covers sell-out activities, budget management and campaign performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional strategies and long-term marketing plans
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with European and local agencies
• Lead the development and launch of promotions, new products, concepts, displays and related initiatives
• Propose, plan and organise events, trade fairs and other promotional activities
• Coordinate catalogues and other marketing materials, and manage their translation and adaptation with translation agencies
• Execute sell-out activities with sales teams and work with digital and social media managers
• Manage the marketing budget, including the purchase order process, and allocate funds to maximise ROI
• Measure and report on campaign performance, generate insights and assess results against objectives
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity, and monitor competitors across markets
• Develop co-op strategies, run regular customer meetings and visits, and forecast demand with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team
• Build knowledge of key business metrics such as market size, market share and category performance
