Client Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform building a new model of financial wealth since 2018, is looking for a Client Lifecycle Specialist. You will own the strategy and optimization of customer journeys across the entire client lifecycle to increase engagement, retention and long-term value, using behavioural data to run experiments and shape product positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features and iterations.
• Use behavioural data to form hypotheses, run experiments and prioritize improvements affecting growth and CLTV metrics.
• Analyze and segment customers to tailor lifecycle interventions for different cohorts.
• Shape product positioning within the customer lifecycle based on user insight, competition and commercial goals.
• Partner with product, analytics, design, marketing and BI teams to influence roadmaps and embed lifecycle strategy.
• Identify behavioural drop-offs and develop targeted interventions guiding users toward higher-value actions.
• Build dashboards with data teams, define success metrics and monitor lifecycle performance.
• Define triggers, audiences and business outcomes for lifecycle communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing or a senior marketing role shaping strategy and driving measurable impact.
• Prior experience in the blockchain industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and discipline in meeting ambitious KPIs.

Required skills

• Strong command of product marketing principles across the full customer lifecycle.
• High fluency in data analysis, including forming insights, defining metrics and making evidence-based decisions.
