Brand Marketing Specialist, Loyalty & Lifestyle Partnerships

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform founded in 2018, is hiring a Brand Marketing Specialist for its Loyalty & Lifestyle Partnerships function. The role owns the marketing roadmap for loyalty perks across travel, luxury and digital lifestyle services, and leads partnerships from outreach through to brand execution inside the Nexo app.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing roadmap for all loyalty perks, identifying new opportunities in travel, luxury and digital lifestyle services.
• Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to final brand execution within the Nexo app.
• Use AI-driven research and modern analytical tools to find high-affinity partners and measure the success of loyalty campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, Client and Product teams so partnerships drive long-term user retention.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, business development or lifestyle brand management.
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing relationships with premium or global brands.
• Able to build data-backed business cases and align brands with the business.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and keeps learning new tools to automate research and outreach.
• Highly organized, able to manage several complex partnerships at once.
