Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Nexo, a digital asset platform founded in 2018, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. You will drive performance marketing across several channels, own and optimise a significant marketing budget and ensure efficiency and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead performance marketing across channels such as Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Apple Search Ads, Moloco and Liftoff.
• Own and optimise a significant marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Drive automation and innovation to improve campaign performance and scalability.
• Analyse campaign data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing ops team to leverage and improve martech tools and analytics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors, agencies and freelancers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously adapt performance strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling performance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic understanding of marketing analytics, mobile analytics and attribution tools.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance the marketing tech stack.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; driven, adaptable and results-oriented.
