Churn Specialist – DTC E‑commerce (Remote, EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Churn Specialist to deepen its understanding of customers across multiple DTC e‑commerce brands. You will analyse churn patterns, uncover the reasons behind customer loss, and design initiatives that improve retention.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse churn data across brands to identify high‑risk segments and root causes.
• Research competitors and benchmark best‑in‑class retention practices.
• Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and pattern detection.
• Map the full customer journey, pinpoint drop‑off moments, and propose improvements.
• Own and execute retention projects such as onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, and win‑back campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable stories.
• Ability to break down complex churn problems into clear hypotheses and drive them to results.
• Interest in AI, automation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfort working across multiple products without losing focus.

Required skills

• Experience with churn analysis and customer lifecycle research.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled analytics tools.
• Knowledge of CRO testing, onboarding optimisation, and win‑back strategies.
