Clinical Lead – Global Study Leadership (MASH focus)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to drive the delivery of regional and global studies focused on MASH, MASLD or Non‑alcoholic Steatohepatitis. You will work within the Global Study Leadership team, collaborating with project leaders, CROs and sponsor partners to ensure studies meet quality, timeline and recruitment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical delivery of assigned studies, overseeing recruitment, site performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, maintain operational excellence and meet study milestones.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, supporting resource planning, training and project delivery.
• Manage clinical risks, quality standards and proactive mitigation throughout the study lifecycle.
• Support financial oversight, including forecasting, budget management and scope change identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, monitoring or clinical operations within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Strong understanding of ICH‑GCP guidelines, clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Experience leading clinical study delivery activities, including patient recruitment, site management and clinical quality oversight.
• Familiarity with project financial management and operational planning.
