Communications & Copywriting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communications & Copywriting Specialist to own end‑to‑end client communications for Perkbox. You will craft on‑brand copy, design email campaigns in Braze or HubSpot and produce creative assets that bring our employee‑experience messages to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit engaging copy for client‑facing communications across multiple channels.
• Build and launch email campaigns using Braze or HubSpot, ensuring segmentation and personalization.
• Create visual and multimedia assets that support campaign objectives.
• Manage client briefs from initial concept through delivery, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, providing tailored materials that drive engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B communications or copywriting, preferably within a SaaS or employee‑benefits environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Excellent written English and a passion for creating compelling brand narratives.
