About the role
A leading regional law firm in Sofia is seeking motivated lawyers with 2‑7 years of post‑qualified experience to work independently across corporate, litigation and energy matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on corporate and commercial transactions, restructurings, contract drafting, negotiation and regulatory compliance.
- Handle civil and commercial disputes, prepare submissions and represent clients in court and arbitration.
- Provide regulatory and transactional advice in the energy sector, including EPC contracts, turnkey agreements and ongoing compliance.
Required profile
- 2–7 years of post‑qualified experience at a leading local or international law firm.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
