Legal Consultant

About the role

Ernst & Young Law Partnership is seeking a Legal Consultant to support client engagements and internal projects across regulatory and compliance domains. You will draft legal advice, conduct research, and present findings to clients while working under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal advice and documentation for banking, insurance, capital markets, energy, AML & CTF matters.
• Conduct legal research, identify risks, and provide reports and solutions.
• Present high‑value insights proactively and propose business‑oriented solutions.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and keep senior colleagues updated on progress.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (Bulgarian) and 3‑5 years of experience as a legal consultant or attorney‑at‑law.
• Practical experience in regulatory and compliance fields such as banking, insurance, capital markets, energy, AML & CTF.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
