About the role

Join our team as a Customer Support Agent working night shifts, handling customer inquiries via email and chat. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software products.
• Troubleshoot software problems and provide clear instructions for product use and configuration.
• Document interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product features and updates.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Excel (functions, charts, pivot tables, macros).
• HTML, FTP, SQL.
• Web‑based software support.
• Experience with online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten.
