Digital Ad Specialist (Turkish Language)

About the role

As a Digital Ad Specialist you will help small and medium‑sized businesses succeed on a leading global social media platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, optimizing campaigns and delivering tailored solutions that drive growth for Turkish‑speaking advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with advertisers to understand their objectives and recommend appropriate social media ad solutions.
• Own and grow a portfolio of Turkish‑language clients, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Guide clients on product adoption, campaign strategy, and best practices to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance data, extract insights, and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Develop deep knowledge of social media advertising products and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or related roles.
• Previous sales experience (inbound or outbound) is a strong advantage.
• Background in advertising, digital marketing, or online media is beneficial.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Data‑driven attitude, comfortable analyzing trends and metrics.
• Fluency in Turkish and a good working level of English.
