About the role
Streamline Global Delivery & Customer Experience in a Hybrid Setup! Do you speak Dutch and English? Enjoy flexible hybrid work? Join our team as a Logistics & Delivery Advisor in Sofia, managing customer inquiries regarding delivery status, lost shipments, and order tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone and email regarding delivery tracking and claims.
- Liaise with courier networks to resolve lost or delayed shipments efficiently.
Required profile
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English.
- Good organizational skills and a customer‑first focus.
What we offer
- Salary: €1,690 gross per month.
- Hybrid flexibility: work from home with only one week per month in the office.
- Relocation package: fully supported relocation to Bulgaria.
- Paid onboarding: three weeks of structured training.
