EU Distribution Centre Scheduler

About the role

The Logistic Planner Analyst will coordinate logistics with third‑party providers and internal teams to ensure customer sales orders are loaded and delivered on time. This role involves data management, reporting, shipment execution and handling customer issues within the EU distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Work with third‑party logistics providers to move products between locations and external warehouses, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare loading and delivery schedules or pick lists for internal operations or third‑party transport providers to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Communicate sales order information electronically to transport providers and ensure timely payment of logistics invoices.
• Support supply‑chain KPI data collection, report generation and maintain document retention for audit compliance.
• Investigate and resolve logistics‑related customer complaints, raising non‑conformance reports and claims as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle basic issues under supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with logistics planning and bulk product transportation.
• Proficiency in using logistics management systems for scheduling and reporting.
