Freight Services Operations Specialist (English)

About the role

We are seeking a Freight Services Operations Specialist with strong English skills to join our international operations team. The role supports logistics and freight activities, coordinating with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery in a dynamic global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process freight and logistics transactions in the relevant business systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of logistics services according to established procedures and service levels.
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment‑related activities and support smooth operational execution.
• Investigate operational issues and assist in their resolution.
• Maintain logistics documentation, process records and data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service or operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work with logistics and enterprise business systems.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Secondary or university education, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
