About the role

Join Logwin’s logistics team in Sofia as an Ocean Freight Forwarder, leading ocean freight operations and contributing to the company’s growth across Europe and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ocean freight operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Develop customer service strategies, offering optimal pricing and operational solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, customs agencies, shipowners and loading offices.
• Supervise sea forwarding execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare documentation and guarantee data accuracy in systems.
• Monitor transportation costs and optimise sea product profitability.
• Manage and resolve complaints effectively.
• Cooperate directly with Logwin branches in Poland and abroad.

Required profile

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding.
• Very good knowledge of forwarding issues and the transportation market.
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organization, social and communication skills.

Required skills

• English – spoken and written.
• Bulgarian – spoken and written.
