Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high‑quality brand and marketing assets across print, retail, digital, and event channels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on‑brand, visually compelling creative that supports campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt brand and campaign assets for print and digital in line with global brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for retail displays, brochures, catalogues, posters, window graphics, trade marketing materials, sales presentations, website banners, retailer digital content, social media assets, and event/exhibition graphics.
• Develop artwork for large‑format printed materials such as banners, backdrops, product displays, and signage.
• Prepare production‑ready files with correct specifications (bleed, dimensions, colour profiles, resolution, supplier requirements).
• Ensure consistency of typography, imagery, layout, colour, and messaging across all outputs.
• Manage multiple design projects from brief to final delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to refine creative solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of creative workflows, asset management, and production processes.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and commercial design work.
• Proven experience creating assets for both print and digital formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing for retail, e‑commerce, consumer brands, or marketing environments.
• Solid understanding of print production and pre‑press artwork setup.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• At least 6 months of experience working at Concentrix.
