Graphic Designer – PR & Digital Marketing

About the role

M3 Communications Group, a leading PR and digital marketing agency in Eastern Europe, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Sofia office. You will work closely with PR, digital marketing and event teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets for both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts for social media, websites, print materials and presentations.
• Develop brand‑aligned identities, logos and promotional graphics.
• Prepare and adapt design assets for multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and refine designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• Proven experience designing for digital and print channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design and marketing visuals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout and colour theory.
• Experience with logo design and brand identity development.
