Sales Representative - Industrial Products

About the role

Ultrapolymers, part of one of Europe's leading polymer distribution groups, is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Representative to join its team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role covers developing sales of the full product portfolio, managing customer relationships and contributing to the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market development in Bulgaria in line with the company's commercial objectives and strategy.
• Promote and sell the full Ultrapolymers product portfolio to industrial customers.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews and market activities.
• Build a sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation and business development.
• Maintain accurate customer information, visit reports and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and contribute to sales targets, profitability objectives and budget commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted partner for customers.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage several priorities and adapt to changing market conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Organizational, planning and reporting skills.
