Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

About the role

UBB is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive its Agile transformation across the bank‑insurance business. You will work with cross‑functional teams, senior stakeholders and product owners to embed Agile practices and improve delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Spotify models.
• Introduce tools and metrics for planning, estimation, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Support the development of an Agile Community, working with Product Owners and Delivery Leads.
• Lead cultural change by championing an Agile mindset and best practices.
• Monitor, report and adjust transformation initiatives to meet schedules and quality goals.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a large, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in English and a Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Open‑minded, self‑motivated, analytical and able to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent conflict and issue management, teaching, mentoring and coaching abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Yammer and Planner.
• Practical experience with Kanban, Lean, SAFe®, Spotify model and traditional Project Management.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM®, A‑CSM®, PSM® or CSP‑SM®.
