Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about solving complex problems and designing intuitive, scalable user experiences for the Quickbase platform. In this role you will craft thoughtful, user‑centred solutions that empower people to build and manage custom business applications, collaborating closely with developers, product managers and customers.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering interaction designs for B2B web applications, preferably Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) or Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) products.
• Hands‑on experience designing AI‑powered product experiences, including generative interfaces, conversational UI and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to conduct UX research, prepare and facilitate user interviews and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Effective communication skills to argue design choices while remaining open to feedback and technical constraints.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Figma for high‑fidelity mockups and low‑fidelity wireframes.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI models, Figma Make and Claude Code for ideation, prototyping and research synthesis.
• Prototyping in HTML, CSS and React, and ability to review implementations against design intent.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, keeping design tokens and components in sync between Figma and code.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles, especially AA‑level WCAG compliance.
• Strong understanding of responsive design layouts and user‑centred design principles.
