Supply Chain Representative (Back office) – Shift Work

About the role

Accenture is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Representative to join its back‑office team in Sofia. Working on rotating shifts, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting reverse‑logistics and customer‑experience programs on behalf of Accenture’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back‑office customer communications and provide advice on client services.
• Utilise third‑party providers to deliver entitled services according to detailed company instructions.
• Follow escalation procedures when service‑level agreements are at risk.
• Accurately update program databases with all relevant information.
• Manage challenging customer situations in line with Accenture policies.
• Identify and forward data or program issues to the appropriate management level.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external parties.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and multi‑tasking capability.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using databases for data entry and retrieval.
