SaaS Technical Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a motivated SaaS Technical Analyst to support and enhance customer experience programs across multiple SaaS platforms. The role is based in several Bulgarian cities and focuses on delivering technical excellence for platforms such as Medallia and Qualtrics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert on partner platforms, addressing client queries and ensuring seamless integration.
• Manage technical documentation, specifications, and configurations for CX programs.
• Oversee platform configurations, conduct technical investigations, and resolve escalations.
• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and execute quality plans, perform QA testing, and ensure overall quality assurance.
• Train junior analysts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and optimize CX platform solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Platform‑agnostic mindset, interested or experienced with Medallia and Qualtrics.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
