HR Specialist – Onboarding & Employee Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Specialist to provide administrative support and coordinate various HR and company events. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, including HRIS profile creation, first‑day logistics, induction presentations and compliance documentation (contracts, background checks, visas, termination orders).
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist in preparing HR reports, data analytics and dashboards.
• Support the performance review cycle by setting timelines, assisting managers and tracking progress.
• Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Organise internal HR initiatives, team‑building events and company celebrations, acting as the primary point of contact for employee questions on policies and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR‑related roles.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel.

Required skills

• Excel (reporting and data analysis).
• HRIS management (creating and maintaining employee profiles).
